Of course you have to do a sunset at Oia in Santorini. We actually did it twice, it's what the Greek Islands are all about...maybe even Greece as a whole. But there's more to Santorini than just finding the best spot for sunset in Oia (which is kind of a nightmare).

The Greek Islands have more to offer than partying on Mykonos and sunsets on Santorini -- there is actually a thriving wine industry on Santorini that we were completely unaware of. They have some of the most original vines and produce white wine that is quite good. As you'd expect, their wineries are mostly traditional and are worth a day if you have the time - in fact, it might be a better activity than the usual beach, sailing, partying, sunset schedule.
