This diet consists of 2000 calories, 170g protein and 150g of carbs. Although fat loss is a caloric deficit procedure, muscle building usually takes longer on a deficit.
Protein oats recipe: in a pan take 40g of oats and add 200ml water. Get it to a boil and let it cool. Add one scoop whey protein of your choice. Add banana, strawberries, etc.
Post workout protein smoothie : in a blender add 4-5 cubes of ice, 4 strawberries, 1 small banana, 4-5 blueberries and add 1 scoop whey and 2 rice cakes and blend.
Mushroom soya and paneer recipe:
In a Kadhai put 1 tbsp of ghee/olive oil. Let the ghee heat and add jeera, chopped garlic and green chilli. Add curry leaves. 20-30 secs let it cook. Now add chopped onions and sauté till golden. Now add mushroom and give it a good mix. Immediately add salt and turmeric and cover the pan on low flame and Let the mushroom give out all its water in 5mins. Add chopped bell peppers and let it cook for 3-4mins. Now add spices of your choice (red chilli powder, garam masala, dhaniya powder and pepper). Now add paneer cubes and soya wadi and give it a mix. Cover thr pan for 3-5 mins and done.
