Four young people chat to Martín Berasategui (an internationally renowned chef with 10 Michelin stars to his name) about the aptitudes needed to become successful. Hard work, passion, not being afraid to make decisions, pursuing your dream and, especially, never giving up came up in the conversation. Koldo Iriarte, a 23-year-old electrical engineer from Álava; Blanca Hervás, aged 16, an athlete from Madrid, taking second place for Spain in the U18 400-metre sprint; Daniel González, a 17-year-old YouTuber; and Elisa Beltrán, aged 26, an artist from Valladolid, talked to Martín Berasategui, the chef with the most awards in Spain.
The purpose of this initiative is to reinforce the aptitudes of enthusiasm and wanting to do a good job, and to recognise the effort young people put into what they do. They are the ones who will be building and shaping the future. At BMW, the best way to predict the future is by creating it. The future is ACES: Autonomous, Connected, Electrification, and Shared.
