When I finally find a Flesh Hideout for my Killing Contract, there was a Bloodsucker that killed 2 Fleshed. The odds of something like that happens are usually pretty low, even more since there was no Bloodsucker den next to this Event. Hopefully he was alone and left 1 Flesh for me.
