Learn the difference between leaving your macrame feather natural, using a stiffener spray and using a felt backing. I also show you how I make my homemade stiffener spray. The recipe is also below this description.

In part 1 you learn how to make a macrame feather. You receive step-by-step instructions, including a special tip/trick on how to cut the edges of your feather. I will also be showing you the technique and tools I use to comb the feather. This is a fantastic tutorial for the beginner macrame artist!

STIFFENER SPRAY RECIPE:

Use a small spray bottle. Fill ¼ with fabric glue or craft glue. Fill the remaining 3/4 with water. Add a few drops of essential oil if you like. I use lavender essential oil.
