Sporecloak has been nerfed but I think its still super strong. If its not BIS for arenas, it is definitely BIS for World PvP and Bgs.

I would even say that its great for newish players to have especially if they are playing casters and they are constantly targeted in arenas. It really gives you that additional defensive cooldown where you can plan your other defenses accordingly.
