LEGO Icons 10312 Jazz Club has a neat reference to a LEGO element that hasn’t been seen in twenty years.
This poster, advertising the club’s weekly live jazz concert, shows a trumpet or bugle element that last featured in 3739 Blacksmith Shop and 6762 Fort Legoredo from 2002.
That’s a real deep cut for a reference, and a nice opportunity to reflect on just how cool some of these older LEGO sets look.
