DISCLAIMER: This is not a guide! You should already have knowledge of NCM mechanics as well as the standard UNIT strat before watching this video.
After my last Cerus CM heal alac Scourge commentary, I now got my LCM kill and decided to do a commentary for that kill as well. If you're interested in doing the LCM journey too, check out the Temple of Febe CM ([ Ссылка ]) and Void Lounge ([ Ссылка ]) discord servers.
The standard UNIT strat can be found here: [ Ссылка ]
These are our major changes:
1) In p2 (80-50%), the first Chrono portal has to be placed in CS (see 2:40) in order to be able to use the Chrono portal instead of my next Scourge portal (see 2:58).
2) In p3 (50-10%), the Chrono uses a CS portal for the Malices before the final wall so that we can phase during the double wall without Malices walking in and so that they for sure have portal up for 10% (see 7:53). This is actually shown in the Chrono PoV linked in the UNIT strat sheet.
These are some minor changes that can be done in standard UNIT strat as well:
1) Since Malices are harder to kill, I adjust the first portal in p1 (100-80%, see 0:22) and immobilize Malices via Dagger#3 if needed (see 1:24, 3:18).
2) Shortly after the 1st split during the first Rage add and Despair drop, I provide a convenience Scourge portal (see 2:18).
3) At the start of p3, I use my portal ~120° instead of 180° (straight across) so that we don't have to sidestep but can just take it back immediately after the Rage AoE disappears (see 4:53).
4) I use Corrosive Poison Cloud (CPC) 1st during double Gluttony (see 2:40, 5:11, 6:22).
Some information about my skill choices and usages:
1) I bring CPC to help destroy the small projectiles during Gluttony to prevent Cerus from gaining barrier from them. The Chrono brings Feedback for the same reason. In the CM discords, Scourge is usually responsible for the 1st projectiles during double collects (see 2:40, 5:11, 6:22). However, when doing CS portals, the Chrono can in theory handle all Gluttony attacks except for the 2nd double Gluttony (see 5:11) since at the other double Gluttony attacks, they're using CS anyway. When there's only one Gluttony attack, we can use CPC and Feedback at the same time (see 0:57, 4:30, 7:32, 8:10, 9:01, 9:31).
2) I bring Sand Swell for various uses: to get Malice targets away from the boss (see 0:22), to get us out of the Rage AoE (see 1:14, 2:18, 4:11, 6:36, 7:46), to handle some double walls (see 4:53, 7:10), and for Empowered Despair AoE placement past 10% (see 8:39).
3) Serpent Siphon is my main regeneration source and can be used to block the Malices spawn damage, which is especially important in the final 10% (see 9:03).
4) I bring Flesh Golem since it's important to break all breakbars ASAP due to the invisible stacking debuff, see [ Ссылка ]. If people get boonstripped by the wall, I still have plenty of tools to get rid of Cerus' boons (Sword#3 both casts, Dagger#3, Serpent Siphon, F5).
Due to the higher health in LCM, we made sure to phase during the final double wall right after the Malices spawned (see 8:12)
Check out this video if you're interested in good or bad 10% phase timings: [ Ссылка ]
When doing double wall, the 2nd wall can be jumped to avoid getting boonstripped (see 3:40, 5:56, 7:25), however, the timing is very tight.

Disclaimer: I bring Sword for its mobility and boonstrips. Our Virtuosos are expected to use Focus#4 for Swiftness uptime, so I can drop Febe relic and use Mercy instead to get downed players back up more quickly and with more health.
