The Law Society of Kenya has termed as unconstitutional the decision by the Supreme Court of Kenya to permanently bar renowned lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi from making submissions before it. The ban issued on Thursday, accused the lawyer of running a smear campaign against the highest court in the land. lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi now says he will seek legal redress against the supreme court’s decision at the East African court of justice in Arusha, Tanzania.
