Try this trick and tip that will help you get the best output using the Elvie Pump!

Inserts I use:
LAZAVE 19mm inserts with a 21mm Elvie Shield (purchased separately)

LAZAVE 22mm inserts with a 24mm Elvie Shield (purchased separately)

Remember inserts need to have a tight fit on the shield, not need to cut these inserts!
