Thabo Bester escape saga case has been postponed to July 24 .

Bester's lawyer, Mohamed Seedat is lodging an application to withdraw from the matter.

He is stating the difficulty to consult with Bester and that he has to travel to Pretoria.

Seedat has also submitted in the Free State High Court that the financial burden is too costly on the matter.

The convicted rapist and murderer Bester has also informed the court of his challenges with regal representative on the matter.

Bester is stating various issues including his confidentiality being compromised.
