This is a reiki ASMR crystal healing video carnelian meditation. This is perfect for a morning meditation to boost your energy. I have created this video by combining relaxing ASMR hand movements plucking away negativity and has no talking and Crystal Reiki healing from myself (a Reiki Master) using carnelian crystal and smudging with sage to cleanse the energies. I have used sacred Reiki and Angelic symbols for healing to empower the Reiki energy. Carnelian is said to increase energy and help fatigue and exhaustion. So this distance healing is perfect if you wish to work on any of these areas.
This is perfect for watching in the morning, you do not need the sound on, but there is relaxing new age music if you do wish to listen.
