Kevin O’Connor from This Old House and Ask This Old House sits down to talk with The Spark’s Scott LaMar about the authenticity of the show and how it’s evolved since its debut in 1979.
As host, Kevin stands in for the homeowner to demystify home contracting – asking questions about jargon and technical approaches. He became host after writing to the magazine for help renovating his own home. Even after years of hosting, he’s still learning from the This Old House contractors.
