I'm going to braise these bad boys for about 4 hours until they are fall off the bone tender and delicious. I paired them with some red wine and veggies and went to town on them. Full Recipe
1) 2 lbs. beef short ribs cleaned with membrane removed
2) Dice onions, carrots, and celery
3) Season meat with spice mixture: of 1tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp basil 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp cilantro 2 sprig thyme 1 tsp Island all-purpose seasoning
4) Cover the pot with 3 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5) Begin to brown short ribs to develop flavor
6) Remove Short ribs and immediately sauté the onions, carrots, and celery
7) Add 16 oz fire-roasted tomato
8) Add basil and thyme to the sauce
9) Return short ribs to the pot
10) Add 1 cup Red wine of choice
11) Add 2 cups beef stock
12) Bring sauce to a boil once a boiling season as needed and bring it to a simmer for about two and a half hours to ensure the meat is tender and fall off the bone
