Kjo do te thotë qe nëpërmjet sistemit on line te kontrollohet çdo ilaç qe del nga farmacia qendre dhe qe përfundon tek çdo i sëmure. Sipas drejtorit, te qendrës spitalore projekti i informatizimit do te ofroje mundësinë e rekomandimit te mjekimit alternative, ne kushtet kur mungon ilaçi baze. Një nga problemet kryesore te sistemit shëndetësor është fakti se mjekët detyrojnë ne shume raste pacientet te blejë ilaçe ne farmaci private duke abuzuar, me mungesën e tyre ne spitale. Ndaj informatizimi prite te rrisë transparencën edhe ndaj abuzimeve te mjekeve.
