Nannari Sharbat is one of the coolest summer drink out there. I bet everyone has some nostalgic memories of this sharbat in their childhood.
Here I have taken half a spoon of chia seeds and soaked overnight. which yielded 3 to 4 tbsps next day. Chia seeds plays an important role in weight loss and it is rich in fiber, calcium and iron. Also it is a source of good cholesterol.
Nannari (Hemidesmus indicus) root extract is extensively used in ayurveda for its enourmous health benefits. Here the nannari syrup is a combination of sugar syrup hence no extra sugar added.
