Pork ribs - 1kg
Pork belly - 200g
ILC bakuteh spices packet
Whole garlic smashed - 10cloves
Enoki mushrooms - 1packet
Chinese coriander - half stalk chopped
Spring onion - 1stalk sliced
Light soya sauce
Chilli padi with dark soya sauce
Eat with white rice and accompany with Yu tiao, aka dough fritters.
