Ingredients.
Quarter cup grated Parmesan cheese.
2 tablespoons keto mayonnaise.
1 tablespoon butter, softened.
1 tablespoon lime juice.
Eighth teaspoon garlic powder.
Eighth teaspoon dried basil.
Eighth teaspoon pepper.
Dash onion powder.
4 tilapia fillets.
Quarter teaspoon salt.
Directions.
Preheat broiler. Mix first 8 ingredients until blended.
Line a 15 by 10 by 1 inch baking pan with foil, coat foil with cooking spray. Place tilapia in pan, sprinkle with salt.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes per side. Spread cheese mixture over fillets. Broil until topping is golden brown and fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 1 to 2 minutes.
