💥 Low back pain getting out of bed? Let’s fix that!
❌ Many people struggle with the awkwardness of getting out of bed/off the couch and the amount of stress it can put on a flared up low back. We need to modify our movement to reduce that stress!
🔑 An effective way to get off the bed/couch is instead of rolling up all at once and putting that pressure on the low back, to do it step by step. Do this until you have found the right program for your low back and achieve full recovery, then you can get up however you like!

2️⃣ Shift your knees up so legs are hanging off
3️⃣ Use your top arm and bottom elbow to push yourself up while keeping a neutral spine
