Dateline Philippines: A dozen crew members of two vessels from Indonesia test positive for COVID-19 upon docking here in the Philippines. Among those is a seafarer who disembarked in Butuan City prior to receiving his test result. While he's been found and isolated, authorities say the sailor rode public transport to make his way home. His family and close contacts have been placed under quarantine.
