7E Deemed Rental Income Tax was imposed through Finance Act 2022. It imposes income tax at the rate of one percent of fair market value of property exceeding Ra 25 million, excluding those exempted. Yesterday, Balochistan High Court's Judgement came declaring deemed rental income tax unconstitutional.
