Footage of the famous Disney silly reindeer in "Disneyland Around the Seasons", December 1966. These reindeer are the 60s-90s era vintage reindeer used in Disney’s Christmas parades in the theme parks up to 2003. They were replaced with reindeer that didn’t look at all silly, but more attractive. But the silly reminder got a special place in my heart. I’ve seen them in some Disney Sing Along Songs tapes as a kid & they were originally designed by Bill Justice, a Disney animator from the golden age of Disney animation. In the float with Santa, a Magilla Gorilla plush makes a cameo appearance.
