cookie dough made with nutrient dense ingredients that your tummy will thank you for. :) Wash your beans well to get rid of the bean taste!
+ 1 can chickpeas or garbanzo beans
+ 1/4 cup peanut butter (can sub almond butter)
+ 2 Tbs vanilla
+ 3 Tbs almond flour
+ 2 Tbs maple syrup
+ pinch of salt
+ chocolate chips
Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips in a high speed blender until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and mix in chocolate chips. For best texture, let chill in the refrigerator but you can also eat it right away, I won't judge you ;)
