Hey FIT-GAMERS,
As you all know, I love to stay fit with a lot of martial arts training. If you've been watching the videos lately, you probably know that I've been training Keysi these past few months. I really enjoy it and so do some of my training partners. It is a great way to learn self defense and maximize your time with getting a great workout in as you train. Multiple opponents really challenges you physically and mentally. So when you train this particular drill, you must stay calm and rely on your solo training to guide you through the steps.
