Rainbow Eagle's Vision: 1) be in the midst of N Am communities and participate in some major ceremonies 2) visit and listen to various Elders 3)conduct N Am ceremonies in Rainbow Eagle's Tradition and direct the Community Buffalo Prayer Dance and 4) to sit in the Elder Teacher's chair.
