We are on day 2 of our 10-day full-body yoga flow for flexibility, strength, and a peaceful mind series. In this class, we will start by grounding ourselves with a gentle seated flow and then progress to strengthening sequences using yoga poses such as Warrior 2, twisted lunge, and planks.
We are closing to the grounding flow, focused on the hip opening, and end with calming savasana.
