Charity Changing Faces is launching a campaign against #VisibleHate raising awareness of abuse directed at people across the UK who have a disfigurement such as a mark, scar or condition that affects their appearance.
The number of reported hate crimes have risen dramatically over the last few years but charity Changing Faces believe this is only the tip of the iceberg with many people simply not reporting the abuse and harassment.
