This KOS Express is all about the sweet science! That's right. It's time to focus on those punches (minus kicking and burnouts) with this 35 minute all boxing workout. Can't wait to see YOU in the ring!
Here's the full breakdown.
Round 1: The Contender - Pre-Fight Warm Up
Rounds 2 & 3: Go The Distance - Speed & Power Round + Heavy Bag Boxing Drills
Round 4: Lights Out - 4 minute Heavy Bag Boxing Tabata
We'll alternate between 2 boxing and conditioning drills. A Tabata is 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
Round 5: Saved By The Bell - Post Fight Cool Down.
