Pepper Gobi Dry 💚🌱
Ingredients :
Cauliflower
Capsicum
Onion
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Pepper powder
Jeera powder
Coriander powder
Fennel seeds
Oil
Salt
Tomato ketchup
Ginger
Garlic
Corn flour
Maida
Making :
Cut the cauliflower wash them and add to hot water, salt, rest for 5 minutes and drain completely.
Add 1 Cup Maida, 3/4th cup Corn flour, Salt, Pepper powder, Water and mix well with cauliflower and rest for 15 minutes.
Once the oil is hot drop them and fry them for 10 minutes in medium flame.
Take a pan, add oil, fennel seeds, chopped garlic, ginger, onions, capsicum, curry leaves one after the other as shown in the video, add 1tbsp of pepper powder, 1tbsp of Jeera powder, 1tbsp of coriander powder, 1tbsp of tomato ketchup, coriander leaves and fry them well. Add fried cauliflower and give a good mix and serve hot 🔥
