My background is an ears, nose, and throat surgery where I’m a board certified surgeon, as well as plastic surgery. In addition, I did three more years of training to do pediatric plastic surgery, which really concentrates on facial anomalies, which include the nose. I did my first rhinoplasty in 1985. Over the last 32 years, I’ve done thousands of rhinoplasties. I choose a technique that’s best for the patient, not the one that’s most comfortable for me. I do closed rhinoplasties. I do open rhinoplasties. We choose the procedure that’s going to give the most ultimate outcome for that patient. At this point in my career, I have performed more rhinoplasties than most of the doctors in this entire region just based on my background.
