Retinal detachment with wrinkling and starfolds due to PVR | This was a case of Retinal Detachment for which vitrectomy is being done. Once the vitreous was cleared, Epiretinal membrane was peeled using a forceps which relieved some of the traction on the detached retina. After that brilliant blue dye was injected followed by PFCL injection to flatten the retina. ILM peeling was carried out under higher magnification around the macula and beyond to further relieve traction. After that air fluid exchange was done with endo drainage from a peripheral break.
