The Israeli prime minister's office said on Monday that the military presented a plan for evacuating civilians in the Gaza Strip, along with an "operational plan". "This is a plan that would take weeks to implement and it's unlikely to happen tomorrow," reports ABC News correspondent Jordana Miller, from Jerusalem.
