BIR has just released its new zonal valuation last July 2023. i posted this on Facebook and the post went viral over night with almost over 600 shares shares and 85 comments.
With the seemingly erratic valuations that we have that seem to make no sense, I set out to find how exactly does BIR come up with zonal valuations? Luckily, I have a friend who used to be part of the Technical Committee for Zonal Valuation and he shared with me the process on how its done. and today, I’ll be sharing that with you guys.
