In this video we show how to mount the VHM cylinder head on the Yamaha YZ125 GYTR cylinder.
00:05 First make sure the piston height is as prescribed. Always measure it before mounting a new head/insert
00:10 Also make sure all the seals are in place. On the cylinder and on the insert
00:16 Place VHM head + insert on cylinder
00:22 Place 5x washers and 5x nutcaps and tighten manually
00:37 Fasten nutcaps, preferably use a torque wrench (2.2 Kgm) for the last bit
00:48 Place hose clamp and attach water hose to the waterpipe on the head
00:57 Mount spark plug with ring, preferably with torque wrench (2.5 Kgm)
01:09 Finally place cap on spark plug
