Today i'm making my super simple creamy cashew milk! In the recipe i am using macadamia nuts as well as cashew nuts, but feel free to use whatever nuts you like. I recommend to always use 1/2 cup cashew nuts and then half a cup of whatever other kind of nut you want to use. The cashews create such an amazing and creamy texture that i'm soo addicted to! :)
If the milk is too thick for you're taste simply add an extra cup of water. If its too thin and you want a thicker consistency, add an additional 1/2 of nuts
This milk lasts 3-4 days in the fridge but im sure it will be gone before then! This milk is great in coffee as a creamer.
