I MADE IT ON TIME!!! whew i doubted myself for a second there (ignore my community post haha)

I had an insanely anxiety week... it could have been because I started my period (is that tmi?) but I found myself curled in bed, self sabotaging every day and spiraling. I swear, something's in the air. One night, I really craved making this video... so I did :) ah yes, this video was what I needed
Anxiety is a funny thing. It spreads like wildfire through the mind and body. I've been struggling with insomnia because of it too. ASMR helps a lot, so does meditating and writing. I've been reflecting a lot getting to the root of things and I found that I love and crave consistency in my life these days. (wow I never thought I would say that). Even though it's hard for me at times. I also found that prioritizing my comfort when im anxious helps a lot. I love my heated blanket :3
anyway, enjoy the video! thank u for now allowing me to feel better about buying the most expensive lotion i've ever purchased in my life... like actually, i didn't think a bottle of lotion could be so expensive. i was so shocked i didn't know what to do, as the cashier cheerfully swiped my card. 😦 and then he gave me a pouch of free samples and i was like gg. i am stuck with this lotion. IT'S GOOD LOTION THOUGH! It's been hours and my hands are still soooo soft
