Let's breathe in and out... Let's move our spine and shoulders, and stretch out those legs. Let's release tension that we don't need in this moment and make more space for breathing freely... 😌
You can join in this yoga break in your work clothes - trousers or skirt - no yoga clothes needed. Just grab a chair for this short practice as it helps us with a few poses and movements.
