1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
60 ml of oil
60 ml of warm water
200 ml of warm milk
4-5 glasses of wheat flour ( amount depends on flour quality. I used 4.5 glasses of flour in total)

for stuffing
3-4 medium onions
250-300 grams of spinach
250 g cheese (feta, dry cottage or any type)
Salt
Black pepper
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

about 160 ml of oil to oil all layers
