Each week during Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we're highlighting the groups that make up the Scottsdale Domestic Violence Action Team. This week we’re highlighting our Victim Advocates. They offer support and services to victims in many ways such as going to court with the victim or helping victims fill out requests for protection orders. The Victim Advocates will walk through the court process with victims and make sure their rights are upheld and their voices are heard.
The Division of Victim Services can be contacted at 480-312-4226.
If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence there are resources available and ways you can ask for help.
