Nell Hurley is the National Director of Programs and Operations for The Phoenix, a free sober active community to individuals who have suffered from a substance use disorder and to those who choose a sober life. Prior to her current role, she served as Executive Director of Alumni Relations for the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation and Executive Director of Minnesota Recovery Connection. An expert in developing vibrant recovery community organizations, Hurley received a Master’s in Business focused in Nonprofit Management from Hamline University.
