My old TWACS power meter on the back of my house was causing problems (video link below). The power company switched it out for the new RF meter. The RF meter sends out a signal with your power usage and other information and these are the antennas that receive that signal. You may have seen these antennas before driving down the road as they are common. I found these just off a highway.
