This is one of my favorite ways to eat BROL (barley, rye, oats, and lentils) for breakfast. My basic BROL–found in The How Not to Diet Cookbook ([ Ссылка ])—can be used in all kinds of savory or sweet ways, packing a lot of prebiotic nutrition and helping check off those grain boxes on your Daily Dozen Checklist. For extra credit you can sprinkle some matcha on top. Find the written recipe here: [ Ссылка ]
