A: This problem is caused by the printer sensor not recognizing the paper roll. You can try the following ways to solve your problem:
1. Confirm the paper roll installation correctly.
2. Pull the paper roll out of the printer.
3. Wipe the alcohol with a cotton swab to clean the sensor at the print head.
4. Complete "Lack of paper learning" in follow 3 steps
Step1: Open the printer and put out the paper roll.
