Naming videos seems to be the most difficult part.

Over the last few months some of my athletes have struggled fighting opponents who are the same sided as them. This specific situation looks at a same sided opponent who grips the lapel with the other hand. This is used to pull you out of stance and they aim to take an over the top grip to dominate you.
