Blizzard have no real fine-tune mechanics in this game which makes balancing an endless battle where one-size-fits-all adjustments are trying to balance so many heroes with each other. The more heroes that are introduced, the more complex the balance requirements become.
Blizzard simply need methods to have changes only effect single heroes, roles, or other subsets of heroes instead of a buff being a buff against everything and a nerf being a nerf against everything.
For 7 years I've been saying this, but hey... I'm sure all the streamers currently attending the Blizzard creators summit also all have equally good ideas right? ;DDDD
