Protesters are still on the streets of the Ukranian capital Kiev after a night of clashes that left 26 people dead and more than 200 injured.
At Kiev's Independence Square, opposition leaders are urging protesters to hold their ground.
Demonstrators fought with riot police overnight in the worst outbreak of violence since mass anti-government protests began in November.
