Like most other forms of housing the cost of a new manufactured home has increased with the 2021 housing market. The good news is because of how they're built they're still one of the most affordable housing options at every point of the housing spectrum. Manufactured homes are one solution to the current housing crisis on the affordable end as well as the high end luxury market. In this video I look at the different price levels of homes, the type of factories that build them and give examples of each.
