Mastering Meal Prep: Orange Chicken Bowls 😈
1 cup plain white rice (dry)
2 lbs chicken breast
1/4 cup soy sauce
Pepper to taste
1-1.5 cup bread crumbs
Sauce:
1 tsp oil
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger
2/3 cup lite soy sauce
2 Tbsp orange marmalade (low sugar)
Juice and zest of an orange
1 tsp chili flakes
2 Tbsp white vinegar (optional / not shown in video)
1 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp water
Finish with sesame seeds and put on top of rice or lettuce wraps 😋
