As I've continued to make new videos for this Artist Analysis series, I've become increasingly interested in WHAT it is makes any particular artist stand out. Especially when it comes to their production and songwriting styles. In the past we've looked at artists like Bon Iver, Finneas, and John Mayer, and in studying them I've come to appreciate the little intricacies in their music that I may never have noticed otherwise.
Well that curiosity and that quest to find answers continues on, because today we're going in quite a different direction than we've ever gone before in this series by taking a look at Abel Tesfaye, aka The Weeknd. Enjoy!
