Buttermilk pancakes
Makes 6 medium size pancakes

1 cup of buttermilk (room temp) (see note to make your own)
3 TBSP of butter, melted
1 large egg, room temperature
2 TBSP sugar
1 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Butter for greasing pan(cooking)

Note: To one cup of room temperature whole milk add 1 TBSP of white vinegar or lemon juice.
